Description
The apartment has two spacious bedrooms, two terraces and a large living room with two sofas, one of them a sofa bed, from the living room you can access one of its two terraces with a sofa area, where you can enjoy the landscape, it also has two spacious bathrooms, and a fully equipped kitchen with all the necessary utensils and a laundry room.
The swimming pool will be open in the summer from 15 June to September; however, depending on the date of your trip, we recommend consulting beforehand to confirm that it is open on your dates.
It is in a gated community with few neighbours, with a swimming pool overlooking the sea and a landscaped area that you can enjoy during the summer. The pool is perfect for a swim after the beach.
The lift is a small-sized lift that can be used by a maximum of 3 people at a time
About its location:
Torremuelle is a very peaceful family residential area, surrounded by villas and housing developments. Just a few minutes by car, you can enjoy beaches with all services, sunbeds, showers, beach bars and a very interesting gastronomic offering.

It is possible to walk to and from the train station, the beach, the nearest supermarket, some bars and restaurants, and the old town of Benalmádena (train station and Benalmádena town about 15-20 minutes, beach, supermarket, bars and restaurants around 20-30 minutes) but there are some steep climbs involved.
Therefore, it is recommended to have a car when staying in the apartment. There is an unassigned parking space available for guests in the covered parking area for residents in front of the building (with the exception of the disabled parking space, which is reserved for one of the residents).
This is a quiet residential community. Respect our neighbours by being silent in common areas, especially at night, and do not make any loud noise inside the apartment between 10 pm and 8 am.
The check-in time is from 3:00 PM to 8:00 PM, if you arrive outside of this time, please let us know when making the reservation to inform you of your late check-in options.
A penalty of 200€ per hour is established in the event of not respecting the departure time rules for this accommodation.

Luxurious duplex penthouse-style apartment of 162 square metres located in the centre of Benalmadena, with private parking.
This penthouse-style apartment is composed on the first floor by: a spacious kitchen with all necessary appliances, a glazed dining area, a second dining room located in the living room area, two bathrooms with shower, a bedroom with a double bed and closed terrace, and a second office-type room with a desk for teleworking, and upon guest request, one of the single beds from the other rooms can be separated to place it in the study. On the second floor, we have two bedrooms with single beds together forming two double beds, each room with its own private open terraces, and a spacious bathroom.
