First floor comprises a lounge-dining room, equipped kitchen, a bathroom with shower and a bedroom with a double bed.
It is important to note that the water heater runs on butane gas, meaning that each time it is used the gas valve must be turned on, and turned off once you have finished using the hot water.
Second floor: two bedrooms, one with a double bed and the second with single beds.
It is very important to highlight that the bedrooms have blinds or curtains but not shutters, that is to say that since the blinds or curtains are not completely opaque, sunlight enters all the rooms.
The second floor has a bathroom with a shower that is 1.65 m in height.
Each room has individual split-type air conditioning, except for the living-dining room.
The apartment has high-speed wifi, a private parking space and a communal swimming pool that you can use.
