The accommodation is located in Benalmadena Costa del Sol, less than 5 minutes walking from the beach. It is a very spacious apartment and features a bedroom with a double bed, a well-equipped kitchen with all appliances fully open to the living room, a bathroom with shower, a living-dining room with a sofa bed for 2 people and a large terrace integrated into the living-dining room.
The building also has large common areas with many green areas and a swimming pool.
The swimming pool is open from June to September, however depending on the date of your trip we recommend consulting beforehand to confirm that it is open on your dates.
They will have access to the common areas of the building, to the gardens and to the communal swimming pool.

It is not necessary to have a car to rent this property, as it is just a few minutes' walk from the beach, supermarkets, restaurants and very close to Puerto Marina and the entire leisure area of Benalmadena.
