The apartment has a spacious living-dining room, separate kitchen, 1 bathroom with shower and 3 bedrooms, two with double beds and a third bedroom with single beds and a sunny little terrace.
The living-dining room has air conditioning whilst the 3 bedrooms each have 3 air conditioning units with cold and heat that work all year round.
The urbanisation also has communal parking, which you can use whenever there is an available space.
It also has a communal swimming pool but open only from 01 July to 31 August.
We are always available for our guests. Check-in time is from 16:00 to 20:00, if you arrive outside this time please let us know when making your reservation to inform you of your late check-in options.
Smoking is prohibited in this accommodation; if you breach this rule you will be penalised with €100.
In view of what is established in Royal Decree 933/2021 and the obligation to collect specific information about guests of tourist accommodation properties, online check-in registration is mandatory before your arrival at the accommodation.
