The apartment is located in a building just 2-3 minutes walk from the sea in Benalmadena Costa, close to supermarkets, restaurants, but also close to Arroyo de la Miel.
Guests could access the building's swimming pool and its beautiful green areas throughout the year.

It is important to note that the apartment HAS private parking which is very important in this area so close to the beach, it is a covered garage that is about 2-3 minutes walk from the building.
Going down 2 or 3 minutes you will find the beach, bus stops, all the restaurants in the area, Puerto Marina, and supermarkets, and if you want to go to the center (approximately 8 minutes walking) you will find the train station (total 12-15 minutes walking), where you could take the train to go to Malaga, Fuengirola or Torremolinos.
The check in time is from 3:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m., if you arrive outside these hours, let us know when making the reservation to inform you of your Late check-in options.
