The independent kitchen is fully equipped with modern appliances such as washing machine, dishwasher, oven, microwave, coffee maker, toaster and all the necessary utensils to prepare delicious meals.

The apartment is located on the first line of the beach, with stairs that allow you to go down directly to the beach. It is located in the central and lively area of Benalmádena, close to restaurants and bars, in this accommodation they do not need a car since they are minutes away walking from the restaurant and leisure area of Benalmádena.
Important note: Pets and smoking are not allowed inside the apartment. In the event of non-compliance with this rule, a fine of €100 may be applied.
