It is a very spacious apartment with a bedroom with a double bed, a fully equipped kitchen with all appliances completely open to the living room, a bathroom with shower, a living-dining room with a sofa bed for 2 people and a large terrace integrated into the living-dining room.
The building also has large common areas with many green zones and a swimming pool.
The pool is open from June to September, however depending on the date of your trip we recommend consulting beforehand to confirm that it is open during your dates.
You will have access to the building's common areas, gardens and community swimming pool.
We are always available for our guests.
No car is necessary to rent this property, as it is just a few minutes walking from the beach, supermarkets, restaurants and very close to Puerto Marina and all the leisure area of Benalmadena.

Our accommodation is located in the residential area of Torremuelle, it has private access through the parking lot and some stairs, and is divided into: a spacious bedroom with a double bed, a bathroom, an open space kitchen and a living-dining room with a sofa bed, and an area with a table and two high chairs to watch the sunset or telework. It also has a large terrace with a comfortable sofa and two armchairs and an outdoor dining area. The terrace has a partial view over the sea, the community parking and the mountains.
