The first room has a double bed 160x200, and the second two single beds of 90x200 each, a renovated bathroom, a comfortable living room with a sofa bed from which you can access a wide L-shaped terrace with panoramic 180-degree views, where you can enjoy the sunrise and sunset, and the view of Sierra Nevada, Africa and Gibraltar, on clear days, on the terrace you will also find a dining area with sea views, the kitchen with all necessary utensils such as: microwave, oven, kettle, coffee maker, and dishwasher, and finally you will also find a lounge-type area with a beautiful sofa.

The apartment also has high-speed WIFI, HBO, English, Spanish, French, German, Russian, and other international channels.

The apartment is located in a building just 2-3 minutes walking from the sea in Benalmadena Costa, close to supermarkets restaurants, but also close to Arroyo de la Miel.

It is important to point out that the apartment HAS private parking, which is very important in this area so close to the beach, it is a covered garage located about 2-3 minutes walking from the building.
Going down 2 or 3 minutes you will find the beach, bus stops, all the restaurants in the area, Puerto Marina, and supermarkets, and if you want to go towards the centre (approximately 8 minutes walking) you will find the train station (total 12-15 minutes walking), where you could take the Train to go to Malaga, Fuengirola or Torremolinos.

The check-in time is from 3:00 PM to 8:00 PM, if you arrive outside of this time, please let us know when making the reservation to inform you of your late check-in options.

A penalty of 200€ per hour is established in the event of not respecting the departure time rules for this accommodation.

The swimming pool is open all year round.

According to the Providencia of the Junta de Andalucía published on Monday 30 October 2023 - BOJA number 208, please take into account that the swimming pool of your flat may undergo modifications in schedule or use during this entire period.
