Our accommodation is located in the residential area of Torremuelle, with private access through the car park and stairs, and is divided into: a spacious bedroom with a double bed, a bathroom, an open-plan kitchen and living room with a sofa bed, and an area with a table and two high chairs to watch the sunset or telework. It also has a large terrace with a comfortable sofa and two armchairs and an outdoor dining area. The terrace has a partial view of the sea, the communal car park and the mountains.
The swimming pool will be open from 15 June to September, Swimming pool hours are from 11am to 9pm, however depending on the date of your trip we recommend checking in advance to confirm that it is open on your dates.
The complex has a communal car park in front of the building. They can also enjoy the swimming pool and its common areas during the summer; if they have doubts about its opening or closing date, consult us before booking.

The best thing about this accommodation is its location, its urbanisation is located near La Paloma Park and the beach.
The apartment is located in a quiet urbanisation called "Pueblo del Parque" located in the centre of Benalmadena, very close to La Paloma Park and about 12 minutes walking to the beach.
It has two rooms, one with two single beds, the second with a double bed, a bathroom with a shower, and a kitchen integrated into the living room where we find a sofa bed (the living room has air conditioning), and a pleasant and sunny terrace with views of the garden.
They will have access to the swimming pool and barbecue area of the urbanisation, and will be able to use the private parking, although it is recommended to use it for small cars.
