This lovely apartment is located in the Pueblo Evita complex and features: a bedroom with a double bed and air conditioning, a bathroom with shower, a lounge with kitchen-dining room-living room with sofa bed and fireplace, and a pleasant terrace with views, a table for 4 people and a barbecue grill.
The accommodation has high-speed wifi and is located about 6-7 minutes' walk from the beach.
The swimming pool is open; however, depending on your travel dates, we recommend checking beforehand to confirm that it is open during your dates.
They will be able to access the common areas of the urbanisation, which includes the swimming pool, the pool bar and garden area.
From the pool area they can access directly to the main avenue that leads to Benalmádena Costa beach.
We are always available for our guests.
It is not necessary to have a car to stay in this accommodation, as everything is close to the complex, they have a supermarket less than 2 minutes' walk away, bars and restaurants.
Smoking is prohibited in this accommodation. If you breach this rule, you will be penalised with 100 euros.
A penalty of €200 per hour is established in the event of non-compliance with the departure time rules of this accommodation.
