It does not have private parking, you do not need a car to go to the beach or to restaurants or supermarkets as everything is within less than 3 minutes' walk, but if you have a car you should consider that in summer the area is difficult for parking due to its proximity to the beach.
The flat is located about 12 minutes' walk from Renfe station and nearby there are several bus stops.
The complex has two swimming pools, open from 15 June to 15 September.
