The apartment is completely new, it has a fully equipped kitchen open to a very bright living-dining room with direct access to a spacious terrace with views of the mountain, golf and the sea.
It also has 3 bedrooms, one with access to the terrace, double bed and en-suite bathroom, a second bedroom with a double bed, and a third bedroom with a double bed.
High-speed WiFi and parking space included.
Within the urbanization you will be able to enjoy in addition to the use of common areas such as: Gym, swimming pools, indoor kitchen and living room area, barbecue area, jacuzzi, children's recreation area, and paddle court.
(The pool will be operational only from June to September, if you have doubts about whether it is open on the dates of your reservation, consult us before booking)
They will be able to use all common areas while always respecting the community rules regarding noise and being able to be used only by registered guests of the accommodation. It is totally forbidden to have parties on the property or loud noises between 11pm and 9am.
