It also has 3 bedrooms, one with access to the terrace, double bed and en-suite bathroom, a second bedroom with a double bed, and a third bedroom with a double bed.
High-speed WiFi and parking space included for only 1 car.
Within the urbanisation you will be able to enjoy the use of common areas such as: Gym, swimming pools, indoor kitchen area and lounge, barbecue area, jacuzzi, children's recreation area, and padel court. Open-air swimming pool open all year round.
They may make use of all common areas while always respecting the community rules regarding noise and may only be used by guests registered at the accommodation. Parties at the property or loud noises between 11pm and 9am are strictly prohibited.
The complex is located 5 minutes' drive from Cala de Mijas beach and the restaurant and leisure area.
A penalty of €200 per hour is established in the event of non-compliance with the departure time rules of this accommodation.
