The apartment has two bedrooms, one of them with a front view of the sea and access to the terrace, a fully equipped kitchen, a spacious living room, a bathroom with shower and a large terrace with impressive sea views.

It has high-speed wifi.

The accommodation has air conditioning in the living room and in one of the bedrooms.

You will be able to enjoy the common areas and the swimming pool after a bath on the beach.

Being on the beachfront, you will have all the restaurants, beach bars and supermarkets in the area nearby, so you won't need a car to stay in this accommodation.

SMOKING IS STRICTLY PROHIBITED in this accommodation. In the event of non-compliance with this rule, a penalty of €100 will be applied.

Check-in time: 3:00 PM to 8:00 PM. If you arrive outside these hours, check your late check-in options.

A penalty of €200 per hour is established in the event of non-compliance with the departure time rules of this accommodation.

The community has a swimming pool, it will be open from 15 June to 30 September, however, depending on your travel dates, we recommend that you check beforehand to confirm that it is open on your dates.

In accordance with the Order of the Andalusian Regional Government published on Monday 30 October 2023 - BOJA number 208, please note that the swimming pool at your apartment may undergo changes in opening hours or use throughout this period. If you have any questions, please contact our company.

The kitchen is fully equipped and the apartment has central air conditioning, high-speed WiFi and a covered parking space included.

The best thing about the apartment is its spacious private terrace, equipped with an outdoor dining table and a small private pool with capacity for 3 people, perfect for cooling off and relaxing after a day at the beach.

The area is quiet and very close to the beach, restaurants, supermarkets and everything you need to enjoy a comfortable holiday without needing to use the car.

According to community regulations, it is prohibited to hold parties and/or play music from the terrace or from inside the apartment.

The apartment is brand new, so we cannot guarantee that by September 2026, the building's lift will be operational. The property is located on the 2nd floor.
