Discover this spectacular chalet located in one of the most privileged areas of Carvajal Benalmádena. This property offers the perfect balance between comfort, style, and an unbeatable location.
The property has 3 spacious bedrooms and 3 complete bathrooms, two bedrooms with double matrimonial beds, and a bedroom that has two bunk beds, although for guest use it is recommended to use only one bunk bed, and the use of the sofa bed located in the living room.
The kitchen, modern and fully equipped, is ideal for both daily use and enjoying special moments with family or friends. It is important to highlight that the kitchen is fully equipped; however, it has a small executive fridge, and we have a larger fridge on the terrace with access from the living room.
The property has a covered jacuzzi for 5 people on its inner terrace with beautiful sea views.
The villa has a flight of stairs to access the main dwelling and a flight of stairs to access the bunk bed room, as well as stairs and/or a ramp to access the pool area.
Outside the house we have: parking for 2 cars, a terrace with dining area for 10 people, chill out zone and barbecue, and then we have the pool area with stunning sea views.
The villa is just 10 minutes walking from the beach; however, it is important to highlight that part of the road does not have constructed pavements.
In this accommodation, smoking is prohibited, and it is only permitted to smoke outdoors and not inside the dwelling.
A penalty of 200€ per hour is established in the event of not respecting the departure time rules for this accommodation.
The check-in time is from 5:00 PM to 8:00 PM, if you arrive outside of this time, please let us know when making the reservation to inform you of your late check-in options.
