Located 15 minutes walking distance from La Carihuela beach, in a beautiful urbanisation with Swimming Pool and Tennis Court.
It has 3 bedrooms, perfect for 6 people, it has air conditioning in the living room, a spacious kitchen and terrace to enjoy in company, it also has high-speed WIFI (100 Mbps) and also a parking space.
We also have a 49" TV in the lounge and a collection of films for adults and children.
The apartment is located near all services, has a Supersol supermarket just 1 minute away, the Dia Maxi supermarket just 3 minutes walking.
You also have bars right next to it to have a drink or eat/have dinner.
They will be able to enjoy the swimming pool, large green areas, tennis court. The pool will be open from June to September, however depending on the date of your trip we recommend consulting beforehand to confirm that it is open on your dates.
Other notable aspects:
The apartment has its own parking. However, if they are looking to move by train, the El Pinillo station is just a 9-minute walk from the apartment.
In this Accommodation, smoking is strictly PROHIBITED. In the event of non-compliance with this rule, a penalty of 100€ will be applied.
A penalty of 200€ per hour is established in the event of not respecting the departure time rules for this accommodation.
