This comfortable studio features an equipped kitchen, a comfortable fully renovated bathroom, and in the living-bedroom area, it has a sofa bed, a small dining table, and a pleasant terrace.
The apartment is also located in a family urbanisation in the centre of Arroyo de la Miel, close to the train station, Paloma Park, the beach and supermarkets and bars.
Please take into consideration that due to its proximity to the beach, parking near the building may be a bit difficult during July and August.
Within the urbanisation, you can also enjoy, during the summer days (from June to September, please ask about availability beforehand), the best swimming pools in Benalmadena, with slides and extensive green areas. However, this building has a pool that remains open and available all year round.
In this Accommodation, Smoking is Prohibited, if you fail to comply with the rule you will be penalised with €100.
