This comfortable studio features an equipped kitchen, a comfortable fully renovated bathroom, and in the living-bedroom area, it has a sofa bed, a dining table and a pleasant terrace.
The apartment is also located in a family urbanisation in the heart of Arroyo de la Miel, close to the train station, La Paloma park, the beach and supermarkets and bars.
To be taken into consideration that due to its proximity to the beach, it may be a bit difficult to park in the vicinity of the building during July and August.
Within the urbanisation you will also find a small swimming pool open all year round. During the summer days (from June to September), you will be able to enjoy the best swimming pools in Benalmádena and extensive green areas.
IMPORTANT: The water slides will be closed throughout the summer of 2026 due to repairs.
Smoking is prohibited in this accommodation. If you breach this rule, you will be penalised with €100.
A penalty of €200 per hour is established in the event of non-compliance with the departure time rules of this accommodation.
In accordance with the Order of the Andalusian Regional Government published on Monday, 30 October 2023 - Official Gazette number 208, please note that the swimming pool in your building may undergo modifications to its timetable or use throughout this period.
