The studio is a single room, has a double bed, a double sofa bed, kitchen, dining room, and bathroom.

It is located just 3 minutes walk from the beach and near the Parque de la Paloma park and the center of Arroyo de la Miel.

Arroyo de la Miel, is an urban nucleus located in the municipality of Benalmádena.
The beach of Arroyo de la Miel - Los Melilleros is located between the beaches of Santa Ana and Arroyo de la Miel, divided into two areas by a rock.
It has an extension of 600 meters in length and about 40 meters in average width. Due to its central position, it is highly popular among locals and tourists, who fill this beach with brightly colored towels and umbrellas.
It is important to note that the building does not have private parking, and especially in the summer it can be very difficult to park in this area because it is very close to the beach.
However, to stay in this apartment you DO NOT need a car since they have supermarkets, the beach and restaurants nearby.
In this Accommodation it is strictly PROHIBITED SMOKING. In case of non-compliance with this rule, a penalty of €100 will be applied.
Other notable aspects:
The pool will be open from June to September, however depending on the date of your trip we recommend you check beforehand to confirm that it is open on your dates.
The check in time is from 3:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m., if you arrive outside these hours, let us know when making the reservation to inform you of your Late check-in options.
