This beautiful and colorful studio is located in a Residential Complex with 20,000m2 of green areas and beautiful swimming pools with easy access to the beaches of Benalmádena and all the leisure services in the area.
The pool will be open from June to September, however depending on the date of your trip we recommend that you check beforehand to confirm that it is open on your dates.

In the area you get the commercial and recreational life of Benalmádena and Arroyo de la Miel. Shops and restaurants of all styles within reach and close to Parque La Paloma and just minutes walk from the beautiful beaches of Benalmádena.

Due to community rules, loud noises cannot be made from 11pm to 9am.

The best thing about this studio is its location, it is just a few minutes walking from the seafront of Benalmádena and very close to Puerto Marina. You will be able to enjoy a great offer of leisure and restaurants without the need to take the car.
The studio has a double bed, wardrobe and kitchen, small dining area and a bathroom. Ideal for your vacation, as 2 minutes walking you will find the beach of Arroyo de la Miel, all restaurants and shops of Benalmadena coast, you also have nearby Paloma Park and Marina Port.
It is important to highlight that to stay in this studio it is not necessary to have a car, and being so close to the sea, it is also in an area with difficult parking.
The apartment is very well connected with bus stops nearby.

Bright and spacious studio for 2 in the Minerva building with the best swimming pools
This comfortable studio has a large kitchen, one of the largest for this type of studio and with all the necessary equipment, a fully renovated bathroom, and in the living-bedroom area, it has a sofa bed, a dining table and a pleasant little terrace.
The apartment is also located in a family development right in the centre of Arroyo de la Miel, close to the train station, La Paloma park, the beach and supermarkets and bars.
It\'s worth noting that due to its proximity to the beach, it may be a bit difficult to park in the vicinity of the building during July and August.
Within the development, you can also enjoy the best swimming pools in Benalmadena during the summer months (from June to September, please check availability beforehand), with slides and large green areas. However, this building has a pool that remains open and available all year round.
Smoking is prohibited in this accommodation, and non-compliance with the rule will be penalized with €100.
