This comfortable studio features a spacious kitchen, one of the largest for this type of studio and with all necessary equipment, a comfortable fully renovated bathroom, and in the living-bedroom area, it has a sofa bed, a dining table and a pleasant little terrace.
The apartment is also located in a family urbanisation in the heart of Arroyo de la Miel, close to the train station, La Paloma park, the beach and supermarkets and bars.
To be taken into consideration that due to its proximity to the beach, it may be a bit difficult to park in the vicinity of the building during July and August.
Within the urbanisation you will also find a small swimming pool open all year round, and during the summer days (from June to September), you can enjoy the best swimming pools in Benalmádena and extensive green areas.
Smoking is prohibited in this accommodation. If you breach this rule, you will be penalised with €100.
A penalty of €200 per hour is established in the event of non-compliance with the departure time rules of this accommodation.
