This beautiful studio is located in a residential complex with 20000m2 of green areas and beautiful swimming pools with easy access to the beaches of Benalmádena and all the services in the area.
The pool will be open from June to September, however depending on the date of your trip we recommend you check beforehand to confirm that it is open on your dates.
In the area you fill all the commercial and recreational life of Benalmádena and Arroyo de la Miel. Shops and restaurants of all styles within walking distance, the apartment is also very close to Parque La Paloma and only a 10-12 minute walk from the beautiful beaches of Benalmádena.
It has several parking options nearby, bus and train stops just a 5-minute walk away.
In this Accommodation it is strictly PROHIBITED SMOKING. In case of non-compliance with this rule, a penalty of €100 will be applied.
