The villa has two floors, on the first floor it has a living-dining room with a sofa bed for 2 people, a full bathroom with shower, a fully equipped kitchen with all its appliances, the living room with TV and fireplace, and direct access to the pool and barbecue area.
The house has an external garage with space for 2 cars.
On the upper floor, which is accessed via stairs, there are 4 bedrooms, all with double beds, two of them with access to the terrace with views of the pool and the sea. On the upper floor, there is also a bathroom with a shower. All rooms have a fan, 2 of the rooms have their own air conditioning, and in the upper floor corridor, there is a split-type air conditioning unit that indirectly supplies the other 2 rooms. On the lower floor, where the living room and kitchen are located, there is also 1 air conditioning unit.
The area of the swimming pool is totally private, and is composed of a spacious swimming pool, chill out zone, dining area and barbecue.
The house has high-speed WiFi.
The house is 5 minutes by car from the beach, and you also have the El Higueron shopping centre 3 minutes walking distance, with a Carrefour supermarket, a pharmacy, several restaurants, and other shops.
A penalty of 200€ per hour is established in the event of not respecting the departure time rules for this accommodation.
