The villa has two floors, on the first floor it has a living-dining room, a full bathroom with shower, a fully equipped kitchen with all its appliances, a living room with TV and fireplace, and direct access to the pool and barbecue area.
The house has an external garage with space for 2 cars.
On the upper floor, which is accessed via stairs, there are 4 rooms, all with double beds, two of them with access to the terrace with views of the pool and the sea. On the upper floor, there is also a bathroom with a shower. All rooms have a fan, 2 of the rooms have their own air conditioning, and in the upper floor corridor, there is a split-type air conditioning that indirectly supplies the other 2 rooms. On the lower floor, where the living room and kitchen are located, there is 1 air conditioning unit.
The area of the swimming pool is totally private, and is composed of a spacious swimming pool, chill out zone, dining area and barbecue.
The house has high-speed WiFi.
The house is 5 minutes by car from the beach, and you also have the El Higueron shopping centre 3 minutes walking distance, with a Carrefour supermarket, a pharmacy, several restaurants, and other shops.
A penalty of 200€ per hour is established in the event of not respecting the departure time rules for this accommodation.
