Designed to comfortably accommodate up to 10 people, this spectacular modern villa offers the perfect combination of privacy, views and comfort.
Accommodation highlights:
Capacity and layout: 4 spacious bedrooms (all equipped with double beds) and a comfortable sofa bed in the living room.
Bathrooms: 2 full bathrooms and 1 additional toilet in the pool area for greater guest convenience.
Interior spaces: Modern living room with sofa bed and Smart TV, elegant dining room and fully equipped open-plan kitchen.
The pool area is completely private and consists of a large heated pool, chill-out zone and dining area, barbecue and an outdoor shower.
The house has high-speed WiFi in all rooms, you can park up to 3 cars on the access ramp leading to the house.
It is recommended to hire a car when staying in this area.
Other notable aspects:
During winter you can hire the heated pool service for €25 per day.
Check-in time is from 17:00 to 20:00, if you arrive outside this time please notify us when making your reservation to inform you of your late check-in options.
House rules and stay information:
No smoking: Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the accommodation. Failure to comply with this rule will result in an economic penalty/fine.
Check-out: Until 11:00.
Other notable aspects: vehicular access to the house is via a ramp, and then there are two (2) flights of stairs to climb to access the house.
Inside the house there are stairs that separate the living room-pool area from the dining room-kitchen and the bedrooms.
Parties and activities that generate excessive noise are not permitted in the property. Please respect quiet hours and maintain silence from 22:00 onwards to ensure the peace and quiet of neighbouring residents.
