The villa has three bedrooms, two of them with a double bed and one of them with a bunk bed and a sofa bed.
One of the rooms is located in an annex within the villa.
Two rooms have air conditioning and one of the rooms has a fan. The dwelling also has two bathrooms, one bathroom with a bathtub and a bathroom with a shower (it is important to highlight that it is a small height shower), a spacious living-dining room, a large outdoor dining area, swimming pool, barbecue, and a terrace area with a pool table and a terrace with spectacular views over the city and the sea.
The villa is located 5 minutes by car from the beach, but due to its location and inclination, it is always recommended to rent a car to stay at this property.
There is high-speed WiFi.
