The second floor is made up of 3 rooms, 1 double room with a private terrace with a double bed, 1 room with 2 single beds, and a room with a single bed and a sofa bed for 1 person, the rooms on this second floor share two bathrooms, consisting of a common washbasin area, and two shower areas separated by their respective doors.
The third floor is the basement and is composed of a living area - game room for guest use and the parking zone.
The area of the swimming pool is completely private, and is composed of a spacious pool, chill out area and dining room, Argentine barbecue and an outdoor shower.
The house has high-speed WiFi in all its rooms, all bedrooms and the living room have centralised air conditioning.
