Comfortable flat with an unbeatable location, 1 minute from the beach and less than 5 minutes' walk to Puerto Marina.

It is a flat for 4 people, with two bedrooms, one with a double bed and another with two single beds, very bright.
The accommodation has one (1) parking space a 3-minute walk from the Building where the apartment is located.
Just a few minutes' walk from the supermarket, shops and a wide range of restaurants.

The apartment is located less than 50 m from the beach, going down the street you have a private direct path to the beach, and a square full of restaurants of different nationalities.

The swimming pool will only remain open during the summer season, from 15 June to 15 September, however depending on the date of your trip we recommend you check beforehand to confirm that it is open on your dates.

Other notable aspects.

The accommodation is very well connected to public transport, the bus runs along the entire avenue and the train station is about a 15-minute walk away.

In this Accommodation smoking is strictly PROHIBITED. In case of breach of this rule, a penalty of €100 will be applied.

The check-in time is from 15:00 to 20:00. If you arrive outside these hours, please let us know when making your reservation so we can inform you of your late check-in options.
