It has a bedroom with a double bed, a well-equipped kitchen with all appliances fully open to the living room, a bathroom with shower, a living-dining room with a sofa bed for 2 people and a spacious terrace integrated into the living-dining room.
The building also has large common areas with many green spaces and a swimming pool.
The swimming pool is open from 1 May to 1 October.
They will have access to the common areas of the building, to the gardens and to the communal swimming pool.

It is not necessary to have a car to rent this property, as it is just a few minutes' walk from the beach, supermarkets, restaurants and very close to Puerto Marina and the entire leisure area of Benalmadena.
The check-in time is from 3:00 PM to 8:00 PM, if you arrive outside of this time, please let us know when making the reservation to inform you of your late check-in options.
In this accommodation, smoking is prohibited. If you fail to comply with this rule, you will be penalised with 100 Euros.
