The accommodation is located in Benalmadena Costa del Sol, less than 5 minutes' walk from the beach. It features a bedroom with a double bed, a well-equipped kitchen with all appliances completely open to the living room, a bathroom with shower, a living-dining room with a sofa bed for 1 person and a spacious terrace integrated into the living-dining room.
The building also has large common areas with many green spaces and a swimming pool.
The swimming pool is open from 1st May to 1st October.
They will have access to the common areas of the building, the gardens and the community pool.
We are always available for our guests.
It is not necessary to have a car to rent this property, as it is only a few minutes' walk from the beach, supermarkets, restaurants and very close to Puerto Marina and the entire leisure area of Benalmádena.
The check-in time is from 15:00 to 20:00. If you arrive outside these hours, please let us know when making your reservation so we can inform you of your late check-in options.
Smoking is prohibited in this accommodation. If you breach this rule, you will be penalised with 100 Euros.
A penalty of €200 per hour is established in the event of non-compliance with the departure time rules of this accommodation.
