Bright and spacious apartment located in the Jardines del Gamonal complex in Arroyo de la Miel.
The apartment is very spacious and bright, featuring a comfortable bedroom with a ceiling fan and two single beds, with a built-in wardrobe, a bathroom with a bathtub, and a kitchen separated from the living room with all the necessary equipment for your stay.
In the lounge-diner, we have a comfortable sofa bed, television, dining area and access to the terrace which has clear views.
It has WIFI and air conditioning for cold/hot in the living room.
The Residential Complex has green common areas, and 2 swimming pools to enjoy during the summer.
The swimming pool will be open from 15 June to 15 September; however, depending on the date of your trip, we recommend checking in advance to confirm that it is open on your dates.
The check-in time is from 3:00 PM to 8:00 PM, if you arrive outside of this time, please let us know when making the reservation to inform you of your late check-in options.
According to community regulations, loud noises are not permitted from 11 pm to 9 am.
In this accommodation, SMOKING IS PROHIBITED. If you breach this rule, you will be penalised with €100.

It is a very spacious apartment and features a bedroom with a double bed, a well-equipped kitchen with all appliances fully open to the living room, a bathroom with shower, a living-dining room with a sofa bed for 2 people and a large terrace integrated into the living-dining room.
The building also has large common areas with many green areas and a swimming pool.
